Department Overview
The marketing department is responsible for creating best-in-class marketing campaigns that maintain and grow our customer base. Increasing brand awareness to acquire new customers and engaging our existing customer base to increase LTV, our award-winning marketing department consists of four teams: brand marketing, brand partnership marketing, content and paid media.
Role Overview
As a Senior Affiliate and Influencer Coordinator (1 year FTC), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our performance and creator marketing programmes. You’ll support the Manager in leading day-to-day operations, nurturing key partner relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll help guide junior team members, ensuring excellence across all campaigns while maintaining a test‑and‑learn mindset. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both creativity and commercial acumen to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise daily activity across affiliate and influencer campaigns, ensuring performance goals are tracked, understood, and achieved.
• Support the Manager in developing and executing channel strategies that drive quality traffic, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Work alongside the affiliates and partnerships manager to identify opportunities and growth across partners with key business objectives in mind.
• Work with the affiliate network to deliver, own and evolve a best-in-class affiliate program across global focus regions that delivers against business objectives, including but not limited to recruiting new affiliate partners, engaging and optimising existing affiliate partners, monitoring commission rates, tenancy placements and the affiliate marketing calendar.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, creators, agencies, and platform partners to maximise opportunities and deliver standout campaigns.
• Oversee influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, and onboarding, ensuring each partnership aligns with our brand and objectives.
• Oversee the influencer partnerships team working with the Manager to execute key elements of the strategy including gifting programmes, monthly mailers and paid partnerships to grow our content creator community.
• Lead on campaign reporting—analysing data, identifying insights, and recommending data-driven optimisations.
• Support the Manager with monthly invoicing and reconciliation of budgets in line with finance deadlines.
• Mentor, support and help guide junior team members, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality output.
• Effectively manage direct reports, across affiliates and digital partnerships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, Organic Social, Content, Paid Media, CRM, Creative, and Category teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and joined-up execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, tools, and creator dynamics to keep our programmes innovative and competitive.

What we're looking for:
• Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing and/or influencer partnerships, ideally within a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate landscape including publishers and networks including working with influencers through affiliate models.
• Strong relationship-building skills - confident working with creators, networks, agencies, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams independently while supporting and guiding others.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate recommendations clearly with confidence using Excel and analytical reporting tools.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing briefs, campaign messaging, and partner communications.
• A creative thinker with a commercial mindset - comfortable testing new ideas, platforms, and approaches.
• Experience with tracking platforms, affiliate networks, or influencer management tools.
