Job Title: Senior Warehouse Manager

Reports to: Distribution Director
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations. This role will oversee all aspects of goods-in, retail fulfilment, and general warehousing, with responsibility for outbound processes and overall warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, and retail fulfilment.
Oversee outbound processes and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of orders.
Team & Process Management:
Provide umbrella leadership for direct reports and cross-functional teams.
Drive performance, safety, and compliance across all warehouse activities.
Systems & Automation:
Implement and optimise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Lead automation initiatives for picking and fulfilment functions to improve efficiency.
Strategic Development:
Aligning operations with business growth.
Collaborate on global e-commerce collections and ensure seamless integration.
Compliance & Safeguarding:
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding within the warehouse and DC environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in warehouse and distribution centre management.
Strong knowledge of WMS platforms and process automation.
Track record of managing retail fulfilment and outbound logistics.
Ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
Understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
Desirable
Experience with global e-commerce operations.
Exposure to automation technologies in warehouse environments.
Strategic mindset with capability to scale operations for future DC management.
